Our Mission

Graduate Women in Business (GWIB) is an organization devoted to the professional and personal development of women enrolled in the McCombs School of Business. Our goals are:

· To improve the visibility of women in the McCombs School of Business;

· To offer career development resources to our members;

· To provide opportunities for our members to enhance the skills they need to remain competitive in the marketplace;

· To help our members build professional networks;

· To be an informational resource for prospective McCombs students;

· To assist organizations serving women in our community.

The McCombs GWIB organization is a chapter member of the National Association of Women MBAs

Membership

Membership is open to all women enrolled in the McCombs full-time MBA program. Benefits of membership include:

Invitation to participate in all GWIB functions, including Professional Development, Networking, and the Women in Business Leadership Conference
Access to companies interested in recruiting women through exclusive GWIB events and resume book
Opportunity to publish your resume within the National Association of Women MBAs resume book
